Millison Chase is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers in Evesham, Worcestershire for ongoing night trunking work .

This role is ideal for professional Class 1 drivers who prefer straightforward depot-to-depot and distribution centre trunking , with regular night and weekend shifts available.

With £18.00 per hour on weekday nights and up to £20.00 per hour at weekends , we have opportunities available for drivers looking for regular ongoing work as well as additional weekend shifts.

HGV Class 1 Night Driver Pay Rates

• Weekday Nights £18.00 per hour
• Weekends up to £20.00 per hour

Weekly pay via PAYE.

No umbrella companies drivers are paid directly through Millison Chase's PAYE payroll.

The HGV Class 1 Night Trunking Role

As an HGV Class 1 Night Trunking Driver , your duties will typically include:

• Night trunking between depots, RDCs and NDCs.
• Driving HGV Class 1 articulated vehicles.
• Depot-to-depot deliveries and collections.
• Completing daily vehicle and trailer safety checks.
• Safe coupling and uncoupling of trailers.
• Checking the fifth wheel is correctly locked and secure.
• Completing delivery and collection paperwork accurately.
• Reporting vehicle or trailer defects.
• Ensuring loads are transported safely and securely.
• Following Drivers' Hours, Tachograph and Working Time regulations.
• Maintaining professional standards at all delivery and collection points.

Skills & Licence Requirements
