HGV Class 1 Shunter PM & Nights

Freeway recruitment are looking for experienced Class 1 shunter drivers for our client based in Mirfield, the roles duties will include yard shunting and RDC work from depot to depot.

Role: Class 1 (HGV C+E) Yard shunter, RDC Shunter.

Job Type: Temporary/Ongoing work.

Shift Patterns: Mon-Fri / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00 06:00.

Pay rates: £18.50ph (Holidays accrued) £20.73 (Holidays Paid out).

Description: A variety of yard shunting, driving a dedicated shunter tug to service trailers. As well as shunting vehicles/trailers from depot to depot, Mirfield to Bradford and vice versa, occasionally other depots but not as often. xwwtmva Working either the afternoon shift of 14:00pm-22:00pm, or the night shift 22:00-06:00.

Driver must be willing to complete a registration form and attend Freeways office in Hunslet to verify details.

• Be competent and able to follow Health & Safety practises and procedures at all time

• Be reliable and hold excellent time keeping

• Hold a flexible can do attitude to your work

• Good command of English both written and spoken

• Excellent communication skills
