HGV Class 1 Tramper & Day Drivers

Due to growth and development, we are looking for a professional and committed class 1 drivers with a history of good attendance and reliability, to join our team in the transportation of aggregate materials & animal feed
The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.
Applicants must demonstrate:-

• A good understanding of drivers hours, WTD & tachograph regulations
• An ability to deliver excellent customer service and promote the Company name
• A strong understanding of all relevant, Health & Safety legislation associated with the role
• Good communication skills to both our Customers and the Transport Team
• A strong team ethic

Responsibilities

• Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all driving regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre & post daily inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Deliver goods to designated locations while adhering to delivery schedules.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status. xwwtmva
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.

Requirements

• Preferably have tipping & TASCC experience
• Hold a clean, Class C + E licence
• Hold a valid CPC Card
• Hold a valid Driver Card
