Key responsibilities

• Driving an HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly
• Completing deliveries and collections in line with planned schedules
• Operating curtainside vehicles and securing loads appropriately
• Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Providing professional service at collection and delivery points
• Following road safety, transport and site procedures Skills and qualifications
• Current HGV Class 2 driving entitlement
• Valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
• Digital tachograph card
• Experience driving curtainsider vehicles
• Good knowledge of vehicle safety and load security
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and follow delivery instructions
• Good communication skills
