This days-based role offers a minimum of 8 hours' pay and weekly payment every Wednesday. Key responsibilities

• Driving an HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly
• Completing deliveries to the required schedule
• Loading and unloading goods using handball techniques
• Working with curtainsider vehicles and securing loads appropriately
• Carrying out routine vehicle and load checks
• Completing delivery paperwork and reporting any issues promptly
• Providing a professional and helpful service at delivery points Skills and qualifications
• Valid HGV Class 2 licence
• Driver CPC and current tachograph card
• Previous commercial driving experience
• Experience with handball work
• Experience using curtainsider vehicles
• Good knowledge of road safety and vehicle checks
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Physically able to load and unload goods safely
