We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to work on behalf of one of our established clients in the Crewe area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HGV Class 2 Driver looking for Monday to Friday work, early starts and ongoing driving opportunities.

HGV Class 2 Driver – The Role

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for completing store deliveries across the client's delivery network.

The role involves:

• Monday to Friday working

• Early starts from 05:00

• Average of 4 deliveries per day

• Multi-drop deliveries

• Delivering pallets and cages to stores

• Handballing of deliveries

• Completing vehicle checks before and after your shift

• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and professionally

• Providing excellent customer service at each delivery location

This HGV Class 2 Driver position is well suited to drivers who are comfortable with physical work, multi-drop deliveries and early morning starts.

HGV Class 2 Driver – Pay & Benefits

• £15.25 – £17.09 per hour

HGV Class 2 Driver – Requirements

To be considered for this HGV Class 2 Driver position, you must:

• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 / Category C licence

• Have held your HGV Class 2 licence for a minimum of 2 years

• Have previous professional HGV Class 2 driving experience

• Hold a valid Driver CPC qualification

• Hold a valid Digital Tachograph Card

• Be comfortable completing multi-drop deliveries

• Are happy with handballing

• Have a good knowledge of drivers' hours and road safety

• Have a professional and reliable approach to work
