Driver Require are looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client, GXO Logistics based in Swadlincote . This position is ongoing work, all year round with opportunity for Temp to Perm for the right candidates. This is a great opportunity to break in to the industry and get a head start in your new career!

HGV Class 2 Driver position is ongoing work, all year round with opportunity for Temp to Perm for the right candidates .

Our client will also accept newly qualified HGV drivers!
Once inducted, you will need to complete a set amount of double manned training shifts before working solo (amount of training shifts depends on induction / driving assessment).

Experience preferred but will take new passes.

PAYE Pay Rate:

• Weekdays - £14.90 / hour
• Weekends - £16.45 / hour

Pay Rate: (inclusive of holiday pay)

• Weekdays - £16.70 / hour
• Weekends - £18.44 / hour

The Job:

• Will except new passes
• Any 5 out of 7 days
• 03:00 - 07:00 starts
• Must be able to work 1 day on the weekend
• Deliveries to well known high street stores
• 10 - 15 drops per day
• You will need to offload xwwtmva cages, using a tail lift
• Once inducted, double manned training shifts (route planning etc) will be offered until the driver / trainer signs you off to go solo
