HGV Class 1/ LGV C+E Drivers Runcorn

10 Hours Min Paid | Shift Premiums | Breaks Paid

We are looking for professional Class 1 Drivers for a mixture of store deliveries and long-distance trunking , with regular ongoing work, planned shifts and a minimum of 10 hours' pay guaranteed per shift.

Days

• £16.68 £18.08 Per Hour
• 6th Shift - £20.00 Per Hour

Shift Premiums

• Shift Premium band 1 (00:03 02:59) - £14.08 Per Shift
• Shift Premium band 2 (03:00 03:59) - £9.50 - Per Shift
• Shift Premium band 3 (04:00 04:59) - £9.50 - Per Shift
• Shift Premium band 4 (16:00 00:02) - £14.08 - Per Shift
• Shift Premium band 5 (11:00 15:59) - £6.69 - Per Shift

Weekend Rates

• Saturday: £19.25 per hour
• Sunday: £21.28 per hour

Overtime

• £20.80 per hour after 10.35 hours worked

The role

• Store deliveries Days
• Multi-drop deliveries Low level
• Long-distance trunking Nights trunking to Scotland
• Delivering products within agreed delivery windows
• Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Working safely and following company procedures
• Providing a professional and reliable service to customers

Shift Patterns

Drivers will be required to work Monday to Friday, with the following start windows:

• AM: 02:0005:00

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 / LGV C+E licence
• Minimum 12 Months Class 1 driving experience
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid Driver CPC
• Maximum 6 points for minor endorsements
• Good knowledge of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Regulations
• Good national geographical knowledge
