This position is accessible without a diploma or professional experience. A CAP/BEP in driving, road transport service would be a plus. Up-to-date B and C + FIMO (and/or FCO) licenses are required. The EC license would be a plus. You are rigorous and respectful of the rules of the road: traffic laws, schedules, procedures...
