HGV Drivers - Class 1

Search Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Wrexham for experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join their operation on an ongoing basis.

This role involves general haulage work across the UK, working with a variety of loads and delivery locations. Drivers will be expected to have experience securing loads using ratchet straps and to carry out all deliveries safely and professionally.

Duties Include

General haulage deliveries and collections Curtainsider operations Load securing using ratchet straps Vehicle checks and completion of delivery paperwork Adhering to drivers' hours and WTD regulations Other general driving duties as required

Requirements

Minimum 12 months' Class 1 driving experience Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence Valid CPC Qualification Card Digital Tachograph Card Previous experience using ratchet straps Positive attitude and strong work ethic
