HGV Fitter We're looking for an experienced HGV Fitter/Mechanic to join us at our site in Rochester. You'll be working the Monday to Friday split into 2 shifts & 12. You'll be working with an established team on a diverse range of vehicles and trailers including MAN, Renault & Mercedes. We'll need you to have your City & Guilds 1, 2 & 3 (or equivalent), experience in fault diagnosis and repair as well as stripping, fitting and replacing components. Preferably, you'll have C+E entitlement on your licence, however, this isn't essential. What you'll do on a typical day: Carry out MOT preparations, servicing and repairs on our fleet of HGVs and vans Diagnose faults on vehicles What you need to succeed at XPO: Proven experience in an HGV Fitter/Mechanic role Relevant HGV mechanic qualification, such as BTEC or City & Guilds (desirable) A full UK driving licence with C+E entitlement (desirable) Be part of something big
