HGV Fleet Manager – Multi-Site Ops, Progression & Overtime

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Fleet Manager (HGVs) for a fast-paced logistics environment in Mexborough, South Yorkshire. The role focuses on optimising the performance of a multi-site fleet, overseeing servicing, maintenance, budgets and procurement, and ensuring cost-effective operations.

You will manage around 80 HGVs across four UK sites, coordinate repairs, travel monthly to sites, and work a 45-hour week with time off in lieu for extra hours.
