HGV Technician: Overtime & Training Opportunities

Derby City Council is looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join the Fleet Workshop in Derby. You will service, maintain and repair a varied fleet of HGVs and plant equipment, diagnose faults and attend breakdowns with on-site repairs when required.

The role offers a 37-hour week, an alternating early/late shift pattern (no nights), overtime opportunities and ongoing professional development including LGV Class 2 training. A supportive team and emphasis on safety are highlighted.
