We are looking for a skilled and reliable HGV Technician on behalf of our client in the Merseyside area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking for a strong work-life balance while maintaining a competitive salary and benefits package.

Salary: £21.96 per hour with a competitive bonus

Shift options: Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday (6:00am - 6:00pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on HGVs
• Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
• Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards
• Conduct inspections in line with DVSA requirements
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to minimise vehicle downtime

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an HGV Technician / Mechanic
• Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• HGV licence (desirable but not essential)
