Our client, a reputable company specialising in HGV refrigerated trailers, is seeking an experienced HGV Trailer Technician to join their busy accident repair and fleet services workshop in Hoddesdon. Duties

• Conduct structural and accident repairs on refrigerated trailers
• Repair and replace rear frames and insulated panels
• Carry out general coachbuilding and bodywork to high standards
• Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently, maintaining quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress effectively
• Adhere to health and safety policies at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a HGV or trailer technician, specialising in refrigerated trailer repair
• Strong knowledge of rear frame work and insulated panel replacement
• Ability to perform structural repairs and general coachbuilding to a high standard
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrable attention to detail and reliability
• Valid relevant qualifications in vehicle body repair or coachbuilding (desirable)
