Protocol Education are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a range of primary schools in Newham.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HLTA, or for a strong Teaching Assistant who is interested in progressing into an HLTA role and gaining valuable experience across different school settings.

The Role

Work across different primary schools in Newham Support teachers and pupils across a range of year groups Deliver lessons and activities when required Provide classroom, small-group and 1:1 support Help manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment Work alongside teachers and school staff Adapt quickly to different school environments The Ideal Candidate:

Previous HLTA experience is desirable Experienced Teaching Assistants interested in becoming an HLTA are also encouraged to apply Previous experience working in a primary school Confident supporting different year groups Strong communication and behaviour management skills Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic Passionate about supporting children's learning and development Location: Newham Setting: Primary Schools Hours: Full-time / Flexible opportunities available

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
