High Needs SEND TA — Nurturing Primary Support Role

Protocol Education is working with a friendly and supportive Primary School in Keynsham, seeking a dedicated High Needs Teaching Assistant to join their team from September, supporting children with additional needs and helping them access learning.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, building confidence and resilience, collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals to tailor learning and behaviour strategies.
