Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Grays - September Start
Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive school in Grays, starting September. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in their career and make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.
The successful candidate will be confident leading small groups and whole-class sessions when required, supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, and helping pupils achieve their full potential.

Location - Grays Position - Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Type of work - Classroom support and intervention delivery Start date - September Duration - Ongoing / Long-term Full time/part-time - Full time Rate of pay - £100 - £110 per day (depending on experience) Hours - 08:30am - 15:45pm Working days - Monday to Friday📚 EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience working within a UK school setting HLTA qualification or equivalent experience desirable Experience leading small group interventions and supporting whole-class learning Strong behaviour management skills Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)✔️ TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one Provide two professional child-related references💼 OTHER INFORMATION
