Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next opportunity?

We are currently recruiting HLTAs to work across a variety of schools, offering flexible and rewarding opportunities to support pupils and make a real difference in their education.

The Role

As an HLTA, you will:

• Deliver planned lessons and activities in the absence of the class teacher.
• Lead whole-class, small-group and intervention sessions.
• Support teachers with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Provide targeted support to pupils, including those with SEND.
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual pupil needs.
• Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, supportive classroom environment.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers.
• Support the wider school community, including trips and extracurricular activities.
• Work flexibly across different schools and year groups.

About You

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, enthusiastic and confident in the classroom , with previous experience working in an educational setting. You should be comfortable taking the lead, managing behaviour and supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs.
