Highways Engineer: Full Lifecycle Delivery

Kingston Council is seeking a Highway Engineer to lead the design and delivery of highways and transport projects from concept to completion. You will work in an in-house design team within a collaborative highways service, shaping schemes from scoping to construction site management.

You will liaise with colleagues to manage budgets and may supervise junior staff, consultants, contractors and subcontractors, contributing to informed decision making and on-ground outcomes.
