Highways Project Engineer: Design, Delivery & Impact

Middlesbrough Council is seeking a Project Engineer within its Highways Infrastructure and Fleet Services to design highway schemes and oversee on-site delivery, contributing to the capital programme and the CRSTS programme in partnership with Tees Valley Combined Authority.

You will work across office and site-based schemes, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors, holding a Civil Engineering degree and proven highway design experience.
