Highways Project Manager — Civil Engineering Lead

Black Rock in East Sussex is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Highway schemes across East Sussex and Kent. You will report to the Regional Director and manage site teams including Agents, Sub Agents, Engineers, Foremen and Sub Contractors.

The ideal candidate will have extensive PM experience on civil engineering schemes, background in Highways/Roads maintenance, and a degree with the ability to lead a project team.
