Key Responsibilities

• Teach History to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for Key Stage 5.

• Develop students' historical literacy, source analysis skills, and essay writing abilities.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing targeted feedback.
• Encourage student participation in historical discussions and research projects.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in History or a related humanities subject.
• Experience teaching History at the secondary school level.
• Strong understanding of historical concepts, methodologies, and the national curriculum.
