Supply History Teacher - Coventry & Surrounding Areas | Temporary & Long-Term Opportunities | September Start Available
Are you a passionate History Teacher looking for flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make an impact across secondary schools in Coventry and the surrounding areas?We are working with a number of secondary schools seeking enthusiastic and reliable History Teachers to support their departments on a supply basis. Whether you're looking for day-to-day cover, long-term assignments, or a route back into the classroom, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
Deliver engaging History lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
Adapt quickly to different school environments and schemes of work.
Inspire students through creative and engaging teaching.
Track and support student progress where required.
Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Recent UK secondary school teaching experience.
Experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4.
Strong behaviour management and classroom presence.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A flexible and professional attitude.
Access to a vehicle is advantageous due to the variety of school locations.
