HLTA for SEND ERP — Personalised Learning Champion

The Westwood Academy is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our Enhanced Resource Provision (ERP) opening September 2026. You will work with the ERP Lead Teacher and SENDCo to support pupils with cognition and learning needs, delivering personalised learning and promoting inclusion across lessons.

This permanent role is 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days, with a Grade 4/Points 6-14 salary. GCSEs in English and Maths are required.
