HLTA: Lead Classes & Targeted Interventions (Flexible)

Randstad Education is seeking a proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for Royston and surrounding areas. You will lead whole-class delivery, run targeted interventions, and support teachers to raise pupil attainment across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

The role offers day-to-day or fixed-term placements with the potential for longer-term opportunities in local schools, working in a supportive built environment with safeguarding and DBS checks expected.
