HLTA: SEMH & Behaviour Support Specialist

Teaching Personnel is recruiting an experienced HLTA to support students with SEMH needs in a secondary school in Rochdale. The role involves one-to-one and small-group work, delivering planned interventions and supervising lessons when required.

The ideal candidate will hold an HLTA qualification or equivalent and have prior UK secondary school experience with strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills.
