Are you an experienced HLTA ready to take the next step in your education career? We are working with a welcoming primary school in Kettering that is looking to appoint a confident and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting pupils across the primary age range and is confident delivering lessons when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead whole-class learning in the absence of the class teacher.
Deliver engaging lessons using pre-planned resources.
Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups to raise attainment.
Work closely with teaching staff to help plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Encourage positive behaviour and help create an inclusive classroom environment.About You:
HLTA status or significant experience in a similar role.
A strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
Confidence in managing a classroom independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
