Are you dedicated to supporting children’s learning and development? Supply Desk is seeking a passionate and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school community in Watford from September 2026.

Position Details

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

Start Date: September 2026

Salary: £90 to £120 per day, based on experience

Contract: Full-Time

Your Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging lessons across various key stages.
• Help develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet individual student needs.
• Provide focused one-to-one support to pupils requiring additional help.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning.
• Support lesson planning and contribute to dynamic classroom activities.
• Track student progress and provide meaningful feedback to encourage growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar educational support role is preferred.
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive and reach their potential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and effective time management.
• A proactive, adaptable team player with a flexible approach.
