The Role

• Leading whole class learning

• Delivering targeted intervention groups

• Supporting pupils across a range of abilities and needs

• Working closely with teachers to raise attainment and engagement

• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment

• Providing academic and pastoral support to pupils

We're Looking For:

✅ Previous experience working as a HLTA or experienced Teaching Assistant looking to step up ✅ Strong knowledge of the curriculum and classroom practice ✅ Confidence leading groups and covering lessons when required ✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills ✅ A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach ✅ Passion for supporting children and young people to achieve their full potential
