HMO Compliance & Neighbourhood Safety Officer

Royal Borough of Greenwich is recruiting three HMO Anti-Social Behaviour Officers for the Private Housing and Environmental Health Standards team on an initial 18-month fixed-term contract.

You will inspect HMOs, respond to reports, gather evidence and assess cases, then take clear steps to remedy issues and ensure compliance with licensing and housing standards. A driving licence and enforcement qualification are required or highly desirable.
