Key Responsibilities

• Perform various types of holistic massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and hot stone therapies.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their physical condition, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
• Develop and adapt massage techniques to address specific client needs, such as muscle tension or stress reduction.
• Maintain a clean, peaceful, and well-organized treatment room, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and client confidentiality.

Requirements

• Professional qualification and certification in Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, VTCT).
• Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience as a practicing massage therapist.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities and techniques.
• Excellent understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build client rapport.
