About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking wellness organisation based near Derby , is seeking a certified and experienced Holistic Wellness Coach to provide guidance and support to individuals seeking to improve their overall well-being. This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility in how you deliver your coaching services. You will empower clients to achieve their health goals through personalised strategies covering physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients, both virtually and via phone.
• Develop personalised wellness plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Educate clients on topics such as nutrition, stress management, mindfulness, and fitness.
• Motivate and support clients in implementing lifestyle changes and achieving sustainable results.
• Track client progress and provide regular feedback and accountability.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in holistic health and wellness.

Requirements

• Certification from a recognised Holistic Wellness Coaching program.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching or a related wellness field.
• In-depth knowledge of various wellness disciplines (e.g., nutrition, mindfulness, exercise physiology).
• Excellent listening, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to build strong rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication platforms and online scheduling tools.
