Home-Based Resident Engagement Specialist

AD WARRIOR is recruiting a Resident Engagement Officer to ensure customer voices influence services at a local level. The role is home-based, covering the Central area, with travel across the region.

You will design engagement activities, build trust with diverse communities and convert feedback into service improvements. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer engagement or community work, strong communication, and a commitment to equality and inclusion.
