We are currently recruiting Home Care Assistants for part-time and full-time flexible shifts to join our friendly, supportive team.

About the Role

We offer flexible working hours , covering visits from 7am to 10pm, seven days a week . Whether you’re looking for a few hours or more regular shifts, we can work around your availability.

This is a varied and rewarding role where your care and compassion make a real difference in people’s lives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day

• Assisting with personal care, washing, and dressing

• Administering medication

• Supporting with mobility

• Shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

• Accompanying Clients to appointments or social outings

You will be fully supported to ensure you feel safe, confident, and valued in your role.

What We’re Looking For

• A full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• The right to work in the UK

• A genuine passion for helping others

• Reliability, compassion, and a positive attitude

• Flexibility to work shifts across the week

Previous experience as aCare Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Healthcare Assistant, or NHS worker is welcome but not essential . We provide full training and encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds, including retail, customer service, administration, cleaning, warehouse, and delivery roles.
