With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.Duties can include:Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visitPersonal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independentHelp with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light houseworkAccompanying to appointments or shopping.It is ESSENTIAL be a driver with access to a vehicle insured in your name with Class A Business InsuranceQualificationsFormal care experience is not required. Experience is also welcomed.We need you to CARE for others and be happy in YOUR career.  We need you to help us to support our clients by providing the highest quality of care so that they can continue to live safe, well and as independently as possible in their own homes. We, as a company, will care for you!It is ESSENTIAL be a driver with access to a vehicle insured in your name with Class A Business Insurance.It is ESSENTIAL  to have GCSE level English or equivalent.It is ESSENTIAL  to be resident within Salford (non-Salford postcodes will fall into other Home Instead Office’s territories).Formal care experience is not required - we provide full training. Your passion for taking care of someone else, being friendly whilst staying professional and your references will show that you are dependable, trust-worthy and respectful. IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLICATION - Our Care Assistants are required to work at least 2 evenings and alternative weekends.
