Position: Home Care Support Worker ( Evenings)
Job Types: Part-time & Full-time
Location: Leeds

Our organisation is led by an experienced team who developed Reflections with a vision of how they believed care should be delivered and pride themselves in ensuring that both the clients and staff feel fully supported. We require experienced Support Workers to work on a one-to-one basis with our clients within their own homes on a long-term basis.
The key skills we are looking for are:
- A firm understanding of person-centred care and planning
- Compassion and patience and an understanding of dignity
- A flexible approach
- Willingness to undertake all mandatory and any additional training required to suit the needs of the client. A car driver is essential due to locations and the needs of the clients Excellent communication skills

17:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday – every weekend off, excellent to work around childcare!

Ability to work in LS20.
