As our services continue to grow, we are looking to recruit compassionate and dedicated Female Home Care Workers to join our team in the Chipping Norton area.

About the Role

As a Home Care Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support tailored to each individual's needs. Duties may include:

• Personal care and assistance with daily living
• Medication support
• Meal preparation
• Companionship and emotional support
• Light household tasks
• Supporting clients to attend appointments and access the community

What We're Looking For

• A full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle
• A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
