We are currently recruiting a Home Manager for a well-established residential care home in Eastbourne, East Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a warm and welcoming service providing exceptional care for up to 20 residents in a personalised, homely environment.

The Role
As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational leadership of the home, ensuring consistently high standards of care, compliance, and team performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the care team
- Maintaining a positive, resident-focused culture
- Ensuring excellent person-centred care is delivered consistently
- Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
- Overseeing care planning, audits, and quality improvement
- Managing recruitment, staffing, and rotas
- Building strong relationships with residents, relatives, healthcare professionals, and the wider community
- Supporting occupancy growth and maintaining the home\'s excellent reputation
- Ensuring the service continues to provide a safe, caring, and enjoyable environment for residents
