UK Homecare Assistant Jobs 2026 – Sponsorship Switch Opportunity\

We are a multi award winning family‑run business based in Derbyshire, operating branches in Ilkeston, Long Eaton and Ripley. We are looking for Homecare Assistants who are caring and compassionate, already in the UK and seeking a sponsorship switch.\

\

Responsibilities\

\

\
• Provide high level care and support to people living in their own homes\
\
• Assist clients with bathing, grooming and dressing\
\
• Help with grocery shopping, laundry and other home chores\
\
• Prepare and serve meals at the correct times\
\
• Arrange and dispense medicines\
\
• Work with other health and social care providers to give the best care possible\
\
• Complete accurate, complete and truthful visit notes\
\

\

Qualifications\

\

\
• At least 1 year of experience caring for others\
\
• Full UK driving licence (with access to a car or motorbike/moped)\
\
• Empathy and a positive attitude in the workplace\
\
• Team player and willingness to lead by example\
\

\

• Full‑time rota schedule – minimum 37.5 guaranteed hours per week\
\
• Competitive pay: £13.40 per hour (weekdays and weekends) + £2.10 per house visited\
