Homeless Prevention Officer needed in Basingstoke Paying £19.65 per hr ref OR Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of homelessness and housing options cases. Carry out detailed housing needs and support assessments. Make statutory homelessness decisions in accordance with relevant legislation. Develop and implement personalised housing plans to prevent or relieve homelessness. Provide advice and support to individuals and families with complex needs and vulnerabilities. Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to secure sustainable housing solutions. Apply a trauma-informed approach to support vulnerable households.
