Homelessness Housing Navigator & Pathway Coordinator

Enfield Council is seeking a dedicated homelessness support worker to assess single applicants seeking housing assistance. You will conduct thorough homelessness assessments under the Housing Act and guide clients toward appropriate housing options, including pathway referrals.

Candidates should have experience working with vulnerable individuals, strong front-line communication, and the ability to manage complex cases while coordinating with partner agencies.
