Homelessness Prevention & Housing Solutions Officer

Essential Employment is recruiting a Homelessness Prevention Officer for a temporary role in Rochdale. The successful candidate will prevent homelessness and help individuals and families secure safe, sustainable housing, managing a varied caseload and conducting thorough assessments to develop personalised housing plans.

They will work with partners across housing, health, social care and the voluntary sector, offering clear, compassionate, solution‑focused advice.
