Homelessness Prevention Case Worker

Connection Support is recruiting a Tenancy Case Worker to join the Buckinghamshire Homelessness Prevention Service. You will provide person-centred support to households at risk of homelessness, helping them maintain accommodation and improve financial wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include budgeting support, developing individual plans, and coordinating access to housing and welfare services, with travel across Buckinghamshire.
