Homelessness Recovery Navigator

Change Grow Live in Croydon is seeking two Homelessness Team Recovery Workers to join our Croydon service and help vulnerable people access the support, services and opportunities they need to move forward.

You will work across housing, health and community services, building relationships with individuals in hostels, shelters and temporary accommodation, coordinating support to improve health, wellbeing and housing outcomes.
