Homelessness Services Lead — Frontline Impact

Hillingdon Council is recruiting Homelessness Team Managers to lead frontline services across our Housing Needs & Homelessness service. This is a pivotal operational leadership role responsible for managing demand, driving performance and delivering high‑quality, resident‑focused interventions.

You will oversee teams across prevention, front door and specialist pathways, using data and partnership working to improve outcomes and support MTFS delivery in a fast-paced environment.
