Homelessness Support Worker - Flexible, Impactful Community Care

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Project Worker to support people experiencing homelessness at Rush House in Diss. You will assess needs, update support plans, and be the first point of contact for queries, building respectful relationships with clients and external partners.
