About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Horticulturalist with a specialization in plant science to join their research and development team based in Cardiff . This role involves hands-on work in greenhouse and field settings, focusing on plant breeding, propagation techniques, and the development of new crop varieties. You will collaborate closely with botanists and researchers to conduct experiments, collect data, and contribute to innovative horticultural solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research experiments on plant growth, nutrition, and yield optimization under various conditions.

Requirements
