Hospice Grounds Gardener – Diverse, Impactful Outdoor Role

South West Community Chaplaincy seeks a gardener to maintain the hospice grounds, carrying out horticultural and maintenance tasks across varied spaces, from polytunnels to wildflower meadows and woodland walks.

You will work both independently and with others to uphold high standards, ensuring health, safety and environmental requirements are met, and you will guide volunteers and corporate groups to contribute safely and meaningfully.
