Hospital Director — Private Acute, P&L & Growth Leader

Compass Associates in Cambridgeshire is recruiting a Hospital Director for a leading private acute site. You’ll assume full site leadership with P&L ownership, drive growth, quality and culture, and report to a board that supports strategic investment.

This role is commutable from Peterborough, Colchester and Chelmsford. You’ll manage consultant relationships, grow self-pay and NHS partnerships, ensure CQC governance and patient outcomes, and lead a multidisciplinary senior team on a platform
